The Internet has made writers of us all, but not all of us are successful at it all the time.

Grammarly analyzed over one billion words proofread by their popular writing app over the course of one month and learned that people make more mistakes when they’re posting to social media than they do writing anywhere else online.

The study also found that average person makes 13.8 mistakes per 100 words from 4 to 8 am. The early birds do much better than the night owl (posting from 10pm to 2am) who makes 17 mistakes per 100 words.
