Live Streaming App Meerkat‘s founder and chief executive Ben Rubin introduced three new features this afternoon.
Users can now share pictures from their smartphone’s camera roll during a stream. This new “Show & Tell” photo sharing feature is now live on both iOS and the Android platform.
It also added the ability for users to search. Wonderful!
Further, folks can poll folks who are watching which should be great for marketers as well.
And now it’s easy for people streaming live to poll people who are watching.
“That means you can write, ‘poll, space, and then whatever question you want,’” Rubin said during the Meerkat stream in which he announced the news.
