Podcasts are exploding.
Nowadays, there are tons of apps, tools and resources available that enable virtually anyone with a penchant for talking and engaging to create their own Podcast and go.
A while ago, Blog Talk Radio created a platform. There were tons of shows on it but they ranged in quality yet some shows were able to book top notched guests.
With more information, resources and tools, any and everyone are capable of putting together a pretty awesome podcast after investing in a good mic, recording software and the time to learn how to put on a good show.
A friend of mine and I had a Blog Talk Radio show and because we both have journalism background, we were able to intuitively put on a show with guests, callers and everything. We recorded two seasons and 38 episodes!
After two seasons we called it quits because of our schedules which made hobby online radio hosting challenging.
A few years later, I discovered the audiosense app enabled me to create studio quality voice notes that I could upload onto SoundCloud and Apple’s iTunes pretty easily.
I launched a 10 Minute Podcast podcast where I shared tips and insights I have discovered over the years.
As an attorney, I realized that it is important when and if I start booking guests to have a solid guest release and also a good syndication agreement if I were able to get my podcast picked up by a variety of the various podcast networks out there like.
You can download my guest podcast agreement HERE for just $7.
Also, although a major site will probably have their own syndication agreement, it doesn’t hurt to start the process and control the terms and give them your own. Get my TEMPLATE here for just $7!
